Our firm was founded in 2000 after an eleven-year affiliation with John F. Dator Realtors. Graduates of the Bay State Real Estate Academy, we are licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our primary focus is residential sales, both homes and land, summer vacation and off season rentals. However, we are qualified to provide assistance with commercial sales and rentals. We are members of the National, State and Greater Fall River Board of Realtors and are affiliated with MLSPIN H3, which a is complete Multiple Listing System designed by MLS PIN for its customers throughout New England. John B. Cummings, JR. (Red) A graduate of the Realtor Institute of Massachusetts and a Broker since 1998, Red is Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. A life long area resident, he has spent summers in Westport Harbor since 1953 and now resides in Westport Harbor year round with his wife Paula. As well as having twenty years of real estate experience, Red concluded his twenty-seven year career with the United Way of Greater Fall River. Prior to that, he had ten years of banking experience. Red served for twenty-five years on the board of the Greater Fall River Development Corporation and was the President in 2000 and 2001. He is a former president of the Acoaxet Club in Westport Harbor and is a corporator of Bank Five. Paula F. Cummings Paula is also a life long area resident. A licensed sales agent since 1989, Paula retired from Verizon after a twenty-seven year career, which included management positions for AT&T. A former board member of the Acoaxet Club and secretary of the Cable Advisory Board for the Town of Westport, currently Paula is a member of the board and Trustee of the Fall River Home of Aged People and is former Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Westport Village Condominiums.
